This policy explains how RanWebs Technologies Private Limited ("RanWebs", "we", "us") handles information in the Android applications listed below. It applies to current versions and subsequent updates unless an in-app notice says otherwise.

Our apps are designed to work with as little personal information as possible. The exact information processed depends on the features you choose to use.

• App activity and preferences — settings, favourites, creative work or scan history may be stored locally on your device.
• Diagnostics — app version, device type, operating-system version, crash details and performance signals may be processed to keep an app reliable.
• Files you choose — an app may process an image, artwork or exported file only when you select, create or save it.
• Support communications — if you contact us, we receive the name, email address and message you provide.

We do not sell personal information. We do not collect precise location, contact lists, financial credentials or health records through these apps.

Permissions are requested in context and only where a feature needs them. Depending on the app and Android version, these may include:

• Camera — to scan a QR code or barcode when you open the scanner.
• Photos and media — to open, save or share artwork, generated codes or quote cards you choose.
• Notifications — for optional reminders or app updates where offered.

You can refuse or revoke a permission in Android Settings. Core features unrelated to that permission will continue to work.

Kids Canvas, Kids Arts and Kids Art Coloring Game are designed for children and families. These apps are built around offline creative play and do not require a child to create an account.

• We do not knowingly collect a child's name, email, precise location or contacts.
• We do not use a child's activity for behavioural or personalised advertising.
• Creative work remains on the device unless a parent or guardian chooses to export or share it.
• Any third-party software used in a child-directed app must be appropriate for a family audience.

QR, Barcode Scanner & Maker. Camera input is processed to identify a code. Created codes and scan history may be stored locally so you can access them again. We do not use scanned content to profile you.

BMI Calculator. Height, weight, age or similar values you enter are used to calculate the result on your device. They are not medical records, are not used for diagnosis and are not sold to third parties.

Pick Quotes. Favourite quotes and display preferences may be stored locally. Sharing occurs only when you choose Android's share action.

Creative apps. Drawings, colour choices and saved artwork are processed to provide the creative feature and remain under the device user's control.

• Provide the feature you request and remember local preferences.
• Detect crashes, prevent abuse and maintain compatibility.
• Respond to support and privacy enquiries.
• Meet legal, store-policy and security obligations.

Apps may use limited, aggregated diagnostics to understand stability and feature performance. We do not use app data to build advertising profiles or sell audiences to data brokers.

Child-directed apps do not use behavioural advertising. Mobile apps do not use browser cookies, although our support website may use cookies under the separate Cookie Policy.

Limited information may be processed by trusted infrastructure, crash-reporting, distribution or support providers solely to operate and protect the apps. Providers must follow contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect users or our legal rights, or during a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

• Encrypted network connections where information leaves the device.
• Android application sandboxing for locally stored information.
• Access controls and least-privilege practices for support systems.
• Dependency review, release testing and vulnerability management.

Local preferences, history and creations remain on your device until you delete them, clear app storage or uninstall the app. Support messages are normally retained for up to 24 months; legal records may be kept longer where required.

Diagnostic information, when collected, is retained only for the period needed to investigate reliability and security issues.

You can remove locally stored app information by using an in-app delete option where available, clearing the app's storage in Android Settings, or uninstalling the app.

To ask whether we hold support or diagnostic information associated with you, email info@ranwebs.com with the app name and your request. We may need to verify ownership before acting and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a local regulator.

If an app offers reminders or update alerts, Android will ask for notification permission where required. You can switch notifications off at any time in device settings without losing unrelated features.

We may update this policy when an app, legal requirement or store rule changes. The updated date will change, and material changes may also be shown in the app or release notes.
