Refund and Cancellation Policy

At RANWEBS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“RANWEBS,” “we,” “our”), we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality IT services, AI-powered solutions, digital marketing, and digital products. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be requested.

1. Services (IT, Marketing, AI Solutions)

  • Cancellation: Service orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if work has not yet started.
  • Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the service delivered, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Once a project has commenced or been delivered (e.g., website development, marketing campaigns), no full refunds will be issued, except in cases of service failure from our side.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Graphics, etc.)

  • Due to the intangible and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Exceptions will only be made if:
    • The product was not delivered after successful payment.
    • The file is corrupted or defective and cannot be accessed.

3. Subscription-Based Services

  • Subscriptions (if offered) can be canceled at any time.
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle, but you will not be charged for future cycles after cancellation.

4. Payment Gateway Fees

Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways (e.g., processing fees, international charges) are non-refundable.
